You could either pick a single company (like Wayne Gretzky or Inniskillin) and do a selection of their stuff. Or you could pick a particularly Canadian type of wine (I vote for ICE WINE) and do a selection of those. Regardless, I recommend one of the Inniskillin Sparkling Ice Wines show up!

I think this would fall in with the most recent Irish people drink and guess if Canadian Cities are real or not.
Similar to the US states but provide city names and they have to guess if they are real locations or not.
