It’s a poorly kept secret that at intervals throughout the year bot Costco and Trader Joe’s will release extremely high quality at incredibly low prices under their own labels vodkas, to whiskey ,bourbon etc. The rumors RAGE as to who the actual premium spirits belong to, but it’s a well kept secret by both companies.
I say, have the team swallow a couple of activated charcoal pills and the stack the Costco alcohol against the suspected high dollar bottle and same with Trader Joe’s. Although Trader Joe’s really does make some insane deals with local producers for small batch hard alcohol that is off the charts amazing.. I’d be happy to help round up the sample alcohol.
